Material of galvanized steel coil
The material of galvanized coil is steel plate with a layer of zinc on the surface. It can prevent corrosion to a certain extent.
Galvanized steel coil shall be divided into the following categories: 1. Hot dip galvanized steel coil. 2. Alloyed galvanized steel coil. 3. Electro galvanized steel coil. 4. Single side plating and double side difference galvanized steel coil. 5. Alloy composite galvanized steel coil.
Hot dip galvanized steel coil, immerse the sheet in the molten zinc pool, and coat it with a thin layer of zinc. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing, that is, the whole roll of steel plate is continuously soaked in the molten galvanizing tank.
Hot dip galvanized non alloy steel coil can be used for general purpose or deep punching and biting. The higher the zinc content of the coating, the stronger the corrosion resistance, and the less the zinc content, the better the mechanical properties.
Hot dip galvanized alloy strip can be used for structure, stamping and cold forming. This material has good weldability and adhesion, but it is easy to peel during treatment.
Electro galvanized steel coil: galvanize the steel plate by energizing, but the zinc plated in this way is relatively thin and has poor corrosion resistance.
Expansion: stainless steel uses trace elements to change the composition of steel, so as to achieve corrosion prevention. Electro galvanized sheet is electroplated on conventional steel plate at the expense of zinc. 200 degrees and 300 degrees have no effect on the metal, but there will be slight changes according to the surrounding environment, but it will take a long time.
