Use and material of profiled steel plate

In the continental code, the compacted steel plate supporting the concrete on the ground is called the compacted steel plate. In foreign appellation, the plate-forming steel has a broader meaning, including plate-forming color roof and wall called plate-forming, and plate-forming steel supporting concrete floor called steel or floor support plate. That is to say, the mainland refers to the pressure plate is equivalent to the steel plate or floor plate.

1. Talk about common specifications of steel plate thickness

Profiling steel plate is made of cold rolled steel plate (coil), which commonly used specifications for steel plate thickness: 0.75 mm, 0.90 mm and 1.0 mm, 1.20 mm and 1.50 mm, the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 1.2 mm, its forming more difficult, more important is the stud can not weld fully reliable pressed steel plate and steel beam connection, so the biggest steel sheet thickness should not be greater than 1.5 mm, when used as a composite floor slab, "standard" regulation acuity 0.75 mm steel plate thickness.

2. Talk about the design requirements of steel plate surface coating

The cold-rolled steel plate (steel coil) used for making pressed steel plate shall be continuously hot-dipped galvanized (or aluminium-zinc plated) and the amount of zinc plated (aluminum) shall depend on the design requirements. When designed according to the non-composite floor slab, the requirements can be lowered. In general, the double-sided galvanizing amount is 175g/m2(180g/m 2), which is sufficient. When designed according to the combined floor slab, the double-sided galvanizing amount is 275g/m 2 according to the code for structural design and construction of steel-concrete composite floor slab (yb9238-92).Higher coating requirements can also be used, such as galvanized amount for 300g/m 2, 350g/m 2 or aluminum zinc amount (5% aluminum) for 275g/m 2, 300g/m 2, etc., higher coating amount using composite floor has a longer durability, the same amount of aluminum zinc corrosion resistance is about twice the general hot dip galvanized.

3. The difference between composite floor and non-composite floor

Formed steel plates are combined with cast-in-place concrete (when it reaches strength), formed steel plates act as permanent formwork for pouring concrete during the construction phase, and all or part of them act as tensile steel bars at the bottom of the plates during the normal use phase.Used only as a permanent formwork for pouring concrete in the construction stage and completely out of work in the normal use stage, the floor slab of this design is called non-composite floor slab.

4. Easily understood definition of unsupported span

During the construction phase, the concrete is fluid and considered only as a load.Molded steel plates must work independently to support concrete loads and construction loads.Under a certain floor thickness, the calculated span of pressed steel plate is unbonded span. The maximum span that the pressed steel plate can bear is the maximum unsupported span.If there is no temporary support in the construction stage, the unbounded span of the steel plate is the interval between secondary beams.Obviously, the maximum unsupported span of the plate must be larger than the secondary beam.
